Our sense of fair justice
Ain't nothing but a slap in the face
Those guilty, old pleasures
Are hidden in a secret place
Depose all, the heroes
But hide the truth about them
A strange new addiction
Of pointing fingers at other men

When your mind is set to hate
You waste your time on it for days
You don't care about who they are
You just care about what they say
At the end of the day

The need for attention
Is bigger than what my eyes can see
The rush for an answer
Is faster than what we have to say
It's easy to disgust it
But can we not do it all again?
Do we have to be distant
To respect who's right upon our face?
