Longing For Home

One day I was seeking lifes treasure
That money couldn't buy
Now I know my wealth is in glory
With Jesus, on high

I'm longing for the day that is coming
When Jesus shall gather us whole
To a land where children are playing

Where troubles and trials are over
The tears of our mothers are gone
Today I'm looking for Jesus
And longing for my Heavenly home

I own my blesses to Jesus
He suffer on
When I go through the gates of that city
I praise him for dying for me
