Pandemia Loneliness

They said it couldn’t happen
They said it could never be
Why should we look for cover
No one will ever need

No reason to be worried
We’d always be so free
Why seek for something better
Only live in peace

No reason to hide away
No reason to run
No reason to stay away
Just gather all for fun

We took it all for granted
No reason to protect
No one was out there missing
Cause no one could infect

But now it’s turned so dangerous
There’s no one you can trust
You can only see the surface
And you can barely touch the crust

Our homes were just a shelter
A place to gather in
Cause outdoors seemed so easy to stay within
Outside ourselves

Now we see all is changing
Right deep inside
We take a good breath one at a time
And try to find our way
