I see thy statue of David's body in fantasies
Covered in a slight, soft veil of satin slid with ease
Beam, pearl skin
Glow, marble sheen
Cupid sent thee by Athena, not by Aphrodite

Divine is thy shape
Sublime is thy shape
I shall submit mine every sense
To thy Hercules, godhead presence

Real, strong, dashing
Or simply subtly delicate
In thy traits
Charming in spades

In that reverie thou art not grey
Lo, I behold thy colour now
