Sirens

For more than 500 years I was caught in the Sun
I did not realise it was the fires of hell
I could not escape then I would not have won
Finally I fought my way through fire and smoke

I'll be on my own
I'll never look back in this lifetime

When the siren sings

Never again will her spell fall on me
